Early Foundations
From an early age, Dr. Angelina Mehta was immersed in the world of medicine. As a child, she would often ask her father, a medical doctor, why he had to leave for work. His response was always the same: “I’m not going to work—I’m going to play.”
That philosophy left a lasting imprint. The idea that one could find joy, purpose, and fulfillment while caring for others became a guiding principle in Dr. Angelina’s life.
Equally influential was her mother’s approach to health—favoring time-honored natural remedies such as turmeric or warm saltwater gargles over unnecessary medical intervention. These early experiences shaped Dr. Angelina’s belief that the body is inherently capable of healing when supported thoughtfully and holistically.
Together, these influences formed the foundation of her medical philosophy: that health can be cultivated, sustained, and restored through integrative, natural, and individualized care.
