A safe, natural therapy to minimize or avoid pain + surgery.
Over time, our tissue can lose functionality due to age, injury, and disease. That can mean longer healing time, cellular aging and changing chemical environments. Fortunately, each person is born with building blocks capable of repairing and replenishing tissue.
Full Spectrum Regenerative Medicine is our name for the holistic, functional and integrative care we offer in support of your body’s natural functions to help supplement, cushion, protect and provide support right where it’s needed. Whether you’re 18 or 68, it’s about maintaining your ideal healing environment in the least invasive and disruptive way possible.

Dr. Angelina’s vast knowledge, injection expertise, and successful results of hundreds of patients’ responses to all forms of physical therapies–conventional and alternative–is attributed to her passion for helping patients remain at optimal performance.
Dr. Angelina incorporates her own experience of handling physical overuse and degradation of joints serving in the United States Marine Corps for 15 years to individualize treatment plans that would be most effective for your particular concern.
The body is a powerful thing–constructed with the building blocks needed to help heal itself. But as the amount of time you are exposed to stress, environmental toxins and telomere shortening, those regenerative abilities slow dramatically. This is where we shine, by . . .
Addressing the full spectrum of your pain in 3 steps:
-
Remove the ongoing offenses that prevent the completion of the injury/inflammation cycle
-
Support the body‘s innate abilities to rebuild and recover
-
Add the least invasive building blocks required to repair and replenish tissue
There is much in the news about stem cells. To characterize regenerative medicine as just stem cells is incorrect, as it requires the contributing factors needed to help the body repair, replace, cushion, support, protect and function at optimal levels. The body’s regenerative process requires a dynamic environment consisting of a variety of growth factors, cytokines, scaffolding, hyaluronic acids, mesenchymal stem cells and chemokines. So in the event of injury, the body relies upon more than just a stem cell. It needs a spectrum of nutrients, oxygen, improved circulation, and the complex rally of many cells and proteins to help start or aid the regenerative process and get it back up to speed. That’s where we come in, replenishing what the body needs, where the body needs it, to better maintain the whole–from nutrients and ozone to biologic allografts.
Concept: Aiding the optimal healing environment within the body is the essence of regenerative medicine.
Benefits:
-
Increasing circulation, nutrients, and supplementing what already exists within the body is what makes regeneration occur. Specifically, the Wharton’s Jelly layer of the umbilical cord as well as placental tissue offers over 440 cytokines and growth factors to trigger your own body to boost production of its own factors.
-
Restock regenerative cells
-
Restore growth factors and hyaluronic acid
-
Renew surrounding tissue

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Full Spectrum Regenerative Medicine?
Full Spectrum Regenerative Medicine is a term Dr. Angelina coined to most accurately reflect her unique and holistic approach to pain and fitness performance.
This ensures that not only the biologic allografts (often referred to as stem cells), but also the more accessible alternative therapies like natural herbs and supplements, acu/dry needling, prolotherapy, prolozone and PRP therapies are utilized to achieve maximum regeneration.
In her experience, she often finds that improvement reaches optimal results with natural therapies even before having to incorporate all of the modalities.
It is her passion to tailor your specific treatment to your specific lifestyle and concerns.
What type of results can I expect?
Although no results can be guaranteed, the impact to patients with life-long transformation has spoken volumes about her typical patient results.
Dr. Angelina usually states that achieving optimal is the goal, and the better you recover, the better you will perform. Whether your goal is to maintain lifelong mobility and agility to be able to continue doing what makes you happy, or to outperform your younger self and keep climbing new heights, plans are designed specifically tailored to what you envision.
Patients are seeing results from immediately and up until 3-6 months after procedures.
The benefit of utilizing the step-by-step approach in laying down the strong foundation for rebuilding and regeneration is that the initial therapies work relatively fast.
The effects of nutrient injections can begin within minutes-24 hours, biomat/prolotherapy/dry needling/prolozone injection therapy within 1-3 days, nutritional supplements within 1-3 weeks, PRP injection within 1-3 months, and biologic allografts within 1-3 months.
The best part about these therapies is that the results last long. Your issues will continue to improve by following through the complete treatment protocol, and most patients find incredible relief that lasts.
How soon would I see a change?
Depending on the type of therapies used, relief can be experienced immediately, within 30 min or couple hours, or can take up to 3 months to fully notice results. Dr. Angelina will explain the mechanism of action, why she recommends what she does, and what to expect moving forward. The best part of managed pain and optimal results is that little is needed to maintain it once you’ve reached it!
What is prolozone?
Prolozone is a technique that combines benefits from neural therapy, Prolotherapy, and ozone therapy. It involves injecting various combinations of procaine, anti-inflammatory medications/homeopathics, vitamins, minerals, proliferatives, and a mixture of ozone/oxygen gas into degenerated or injured joints, and into areas of pain. This combination leads to a remarkable result where damaged tissues can be regenerated, and otherwise untreatable pain can be permanently cured.
Dr. Angelina has witnessed this empirically in her patients, and follows the well-recognized teachings of the leading authority on ozone therapies: Dr. Frank Shallenberger, MD, HMD, ABAAM. Dr. Shallenberger describes in more detail here.
How do nutrients affect healing and pain?
The use of targeted nutrient therapy offers loading doses to help with anti-inflammatory and recovery processes that are often times contributing to the body’s inability to fix the original damage. Providing the essential nutrients and extra energy sources to the body, especially in the specific areas where pain or injury persists, can help increase regeneration and circulation.
Can tears of ligaments and cartilage be improved?
Yes. Relief is common in our patients that have used our therapies including Acu Needles, Prolozone Injections, PRP Injections, and Biological (Stem Cell) Injections.
What are stem cells?
Stem cells are the basic building blocks of human tissue. They have the ability to repair, rebuild and rejuvenate tissues throughout the body. When disease or injury strikes, stem cells respond to specific signals and set out to facilitate the healing process by differentiating into specialized cells. These specialized cells then release healing growth factors in response to the distress cell signal in an injured or pathologic area of the body required for the body’s repair.
What is the quality of your biologic allograft?
Our products are sourced from a company that prides itself in the ethical procurement from donated birthing tissues such as umbilical cords and placentas from full-term deliveries. Comprehensive medical and social histories of the donor are obtained and tissues are procured, processed, and tested to exceed standards established by FDA by the company. None of our products contain any fetal or embryonic tissue.
Is it effective?
Biologic allografts with the full range of scaffolding and cytokines empirically prove to be the most effective therapy for almost all conditions. Although it is administered locally, systemic benefits have often been experienced. Most patients will feel a difference almost immediately, though it can take several weeks to note the full benefits.
Is it safe?
In over 70,000 procedures administering biologics from our source, there have been no incidences of life-threatening or rejection issues and only slight redness at site in 7 cases.
Why do you use cryogenically preserved sources?
This is in order to maintain the scaffolding proteins, growth factors, cytokines and other properties in addition to the mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) with the least amount of tampering and processing necessary.
Why Wharton’s jelly vs amniotic fluid?
Wharton’s jelly is a gelatinous substance in the umbilical cord that provides cushioning and support to the umbilical vein and arteries. It is also known to be a rich source of cytokines, growth factors, proteins and mesenchymal stem cells. The unique characteristics associated with Wharton’s Jelly have given rise to a wave of new clinical trials to understand its attributes and functions.
