Full Spectrum Regenerative Medicine
A safe, natural approach to minimize pain and avoid surgery — supporting your body’s innate ability to repair, rebuild, and regenerate from within.
Nobody wants unnecessary pain or surgery.
When a steroid shot or ibuprofen isn’t enough but surgery feels like a leap — there’s a better path. Holistic regenerative medicine works with your body’s natural systems to rebuild and restore function at the cellular level. And when surgery is necessary, our therapies support tissue repair and recovery throughout.
Our 3-Step Framework
-
1Remove ongoing offenses that prevent the injury and inflammation cycle from completing
-
2Support the body’s innate abilities to rebuild, recover, and renew
-
3Add the least invasive building blocks required to repair and replenish tissue

Precision-delivered mesenchymal stem cells targeted to the body’s areas of greatest need. Supports deep tissue repair, accelerates cellular recovery, and restores function at the foundational level.

Prolozone, PRP, prolotherapy, and dry needling — injection protocols that work in harmony with the body’s innate healing intelligence to rebuild damaged tissue from within.

The body’s most sophisticated cellular communicators, delivered intravenously. Promotes whole-body cellular repair, reduces chronic inflammation, and supports longevity from the inside out.

Exosome-enhanced microneedling delivers potent growth factors deep into the dermis — improving texture, tone, fine lines, and luminosity with results that continue to evolve over weeks.

Regenerative science paired with precision microneedling to awaken dormant follicles and support healthy, sustained hair growth. A sophisticated, non-surgical solution for lasting results.

A precise, minimally invasive injection targeting the sphenopalatine ganglion — a key nerve cluster linked to chronic headaches, migraines, facial pain, and autonomic dysfunction.
Stress-tolerant, non-tumorigenic pluripotent cells naturally present in the body that migrate to sites of injury and spontaneously differentiate into the precise cell types needed for repair.
Our regenerative protocols are applied across a broad spectrum of health concerns — from acute injury to chronic systemic conditions.
*This is a non-exhaustive list of conditions we address. If you don’t see your specific concern listed, please reach out — our team is happy to advise.
True regeneration requires more than a single therapy. The body’s healing process depends on a dynamic environment — growth factors, cytokines, scaffolding, hyaluronic acids, mesenchymal stem cells, and chemokines working in concert. The Wharton’s Jelly layer of the umbilical cord and placental tissue offer over 440 cytokines and growth factors to trigger your own body’s production cascade.
Restock Regenerative Cells
Replenish the cellular building blocks your body needs to initiate and sustain healing processes.
Restore Growth Factors
Reintroduce the signaling proteins and hyaluronic acid that facilitate tissue remodeling and repair.
Renew Surrounding Tissue
Support the complete biological environment — not just the injury site — for lasting results.
Increase Circulation
Nutrients, oxygen, and improved blood flow are foundational to every successful regenerative outcome.
Our Sourcing Standards
Dr. Angelina Mehta, ND
Dr. Angelina’s vast knowledge, injection expertise, and successful results across hundreds of patients — in all forms of physical therapy, conventional and alternative — is attributed to her passion for helping patients remain at optimal performance. She draws on her own experience handling physical overuse and joint degradation during 15 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, bringing a uniquely personal and evidence-informed perspective to every treatment plan.
What is Full Spectrum Regenerative Medicine?
Full Spectrum Regenerative Medicine is a term Dr. Angelina coined to most accurately reflect her unique holistic approach to pain and fitness performance. It ensures that not only biologic allografts (often referred to as stem cells) but also more accessible alternative therapies — natural herbs and supplements, dry needling, prolotherapy, prolozone, and PRP — are utilized to achieve maximum regeneration. In her experience, optimal results are often reached with natural therapies even before all modalities are incorporated.
What type of results can I expect?
While no results can be guaranteed, the impact on patients — including life-long transformations — speaks to the quality of Dr. Angelina’s outcomes. Whether your goal is lifelong mobility, continued athletic performance, or simply doing what makes you happy without pain, plans are designed to match your vision. Patients see results ranging from immediately post-treatment through 3–6 months. Nutrient injections can begin working within minutes to 24 hours; PRP and biologic allografts within 1–3 months. The best part: results last.
How soon will I notice a change?
Depending on the therapies used, relief can be experienced immediately, within 30 minutes to a couple of hours, or it may take up to 3 months to fully notice results. Dr. Angelina will explain the mechanism of action, her recommendations, and what to expect at each stage. Once optimal results are reached, very little maintenance is needed to sustain them.
What is prolozone?
Prolozone is a technique combining benefits from neural therapy, prolotherapy, and ozone therapy. It involves injecting combinations of procaine, anti-inflammatory agents, vitamins, minerals, and ozone/oxygen gas into degenerated joints and areas of pain — leading to tissue regeneration and, in many cases, permanent pain relief. Dr. Angelina follows the well-recognized teachings of Dr. Frank Shallenberger, MD, the leading authority on ozone therapies.
Can tears of ligaments and cartilage be improved?
Yes. Relief is common among patients using our therapies including Acupuncture Needling, Prolozone Injections, PRP Injections, and Biological (Stem Cell) Injections. The combination approach addresses both the biological environment and the structural integrity of the tissue.
How do nutrients affect healing and pain?
Targeted nutrient therapy delivers loading doses that support anti-inflammatory and recovery processes often contributing to the body’s inability to resolve original damage. Providing essential nutrients and extra energy sources — especially to specific areas of persistent pain or injury — can meaningfully increase regeneration and circulation.
